Anthony leads the Black consumer initiative work, joining the team in October 2020, with more than 23 years at Prudential.
In his previous role, Anthony led the cross-functional team responsible for accelerating the Group Insurance Data Strategy. He also led several of Group Insurance’s Financial Wellness initiatives; previously representing Group Insurance as a member of the team that created the Prudential Pathways program.
Prior to supporting the financial wellness work, Anthony held various positions on the Group Insurance Distribution team; ascending to Regional Vice President of the Northeast Sales and Account Management team.
Throughout his tenure with Prudential, Anthony has played a pivotal role in supporting Prudential’s I&D Strategy; and worked closely with the heads of Group Insurance to develop the goals and metrics around their own I&D Strategy.
Prior to joining Prudential, Anthony worked with the Social Security Disability Administration and taught high school mathematics for a short period.
Anthony received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
